Our Rose is hand-crafted from 4 different clones of Pinot Noir grapes and exhibits the combination of the coastal influenced characteristics of the local Edna Valley and Avila Valley growing miro-climates. Providing a broad palate of exceptional cool climate flavors and aged in French oak it produces a fresh, light and fruity experience. This wine, served either chilled or at room temperature, will complement a wide variety of foods. A total of 125 cases produced.

2009 Estate Pinot Noir, Edna Valley

Our Estate Pinot Noir, grown on oue estate vineyard in the Edna Valley appellation, consists of a single clone 113 Pinot which exhibits a classic Pinot Noir nose with earth, fruitiness and spices that only dry farming can create. I was meticulously produced and aged in medium toasted French Oak for 20 months. This hand-crafted Pinot displays a unique personality you will want to enjoy again and again. A total of only 175 cases were produced.

2009 Pinot Noir Reserve, Edna Valley

A limited production hand-crafted Pinot Noir featuring 4 clones of Pinot grapes grown on our estate vineyards in the Edna and Avila Valley. This special wine displays a fruit forward nose, rich color and a smooth mouth feel. Aged in French Oak barrels for 20 months, this Pinot has a character and intensity of flavors developed through our proprietary wine making techniques and premium grapes. A total of only 100 cases were produced.

2009 Barbera, Central Coast

Barbera is an ancient wine grape variety originating from Italy and presents its own unique and distinctive characteristics. Harvested from French Camp Vineyards in Northern San Luis Obispo County, this wine exibits the classic Barbera attributes with yummy aroma of fruit and earth, exude flavors of red currant, blackberry, toasted spice and oak. Aged in French oak barrels for 20 months, this full bodied and flavorful Barbera will light up your taste buds now or will age well for many years. A total of only 250 cases were produced.

2009 Cabernet Sauvignon, Central Coast

This wonderfully full bodied Cabernet is the fusion of premium Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from French Camp Vineyards in northern San Luis Obispo County and our hand-crafted small lot wine making techniques. This combination has revealed a complex and classic Cabernet with wonderful fruity earth in the nose, rich full bodied feel in the mouth and a smooth luxurious finish. Aged in French oak for 20 months, this wine has all of the distinctiveness a wine lover looks for in a traditional Cabernet Sauvignon. A total of only 200 cases were produced.

2009 Zinfandel, Central Coast

This fruity/dry Zinfandel is produced from premium grapes grown at Hames Valley Vineyards in northern San Luis Obispo County and was aged for 20 months in French oak barrels. These superior grapes, with their classic Zinfandel characteristics and our small lot wine making techniques have resulted in a complex and full bodied Zinfandel with wonderful fruit in the nose and the mouth. There are hints of black currant, raspberry, apricot and toasted oak. A total of only 225 cases were produced.

These grapes were hand picked at optimum ripeness from northern San Luis Obispo County's Hames Valley. From its deep purple color to the rich flavors of plum, wild Ollalla Berry, toasted pepper and oak, this wine puts forth a dynamic and bold tasting experience. Aging in French oak barrels for over 20 months completes the package adding depth of flavor and a smooth full finish. A total of only 250 cases were produced.

100% Estate Grown in the Edna Valley Appellation. These grapes are harvested from our estate vineyard where we utilize dry farming practices. This timeless growing technique causes the vines to stress as they force their root systems deeper in the soil in order to find moisture and allows us to develop more intense fruit at harvest. A classic Pinot Noir nose with fruit, earth, smoke and spices. Aging in French oak barrels for over 15 months has enhanced this very flavorful wine and helps reveal the unique and prized characteristics of the appellation's micro climate and terrior.

100% Estate Grown in the Edna Valley Appellation. This limited production ultra premium Pinot Noir is our first “Reserve”. Hand selected grapes from our best vineyard rows and special proprietary vinification practices allow us to share this full bodied Pinot Noir with you. Aged in our best French oak for over 15 months, this exceptional wine displays a rich color and fruit forward nose, delicate mouth feel with complex Pinot Noir flavors and a velvety smooth and supple finish. These grapes were grown by a small producer in Santa Margarita in San Luis Obispo county. This small lot of (6 barrels) was hand-crafted and aged in French oak. Aged in French oak barrels for over 15 months, this fruity Zinfandel is the combination of grapes from two different northern San Luis Obispo vineyards. These premium grapes, each with their own characteristics and our small lot wine making techniques has resulted in a complex and full-bodied Zinfandel with wonderful fruit in the nose and mouth. There are hints of black currant, raspberry, apricot, toasted oak and minimal residual sugar which lead to a luxuriously supple fruity finish. Recommended food pairings could include: pasta, cioppino or your favorite pork dish. Sweet wine with 2% residual sugar.

This special dessert wine consists of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Zinfandel, both from Northern San Luis Obispo County, and 20% Pinot Noir from our vineyard in the Edna Valley. Produced in a classic style and aged in French oak barrels for over two years, this unique and complex dessert wine has a black licorice nose, hints of raisin with toasted oak and moves to a smooth full bodied finale.
